1. Membership Fee Member agrees to pay the monthly membership fee as stated at the time of sign-up. This fee is due each 3 months on the date of sign-up and will continue to be billed until the membership is cancelled.

3. Refunds All payments are nonrefundable. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
